About me
Thais Littleton is a program coordinator, pre-licensed therapist, and youth development specialist
passionate about creating culturally meaningful support for BIPOC communities in general, Black youth
and families in particular. Thais’ approach draws upon family systems and attachment with a budding
interest in somatic work and the mind-body connection. She is deeply engaged in literature on
African/Black psychology, spirituality, and indigenous healing traditions. As a co-founder of
h.e.a.r.t.space, a digital wellness platform, she is dedicated to providing accessible resources for
community well-being. She also aims to enhance opportunities for marginalized students to pursue
careers in the mental health field. On the weekends, you can find her near some sweet water, under the
trees, playing flag football, or trying out a new recipe.
